Claims (2) [1] 1. ELECTROCHROMIC DEVICE, containing a layer of stable electrochromic material deposited on the surface of the electrode and located between the electrode and the electrolyte from a current-carrying permeable insulator in contact with the counter electrode, and an electric means for applying electric fields of opposite polarity to the electrodes, characterized in that, in order to increase stability characteristics, it contains a non-electrochromic layer located between the electrolyte and the electrochromic material.
